Looks like this is the most balanced competition, yet. There is no clear-cut favorite, IMO. It's pretty wide open and the wide variety of proteins is influencing people's voting based on personal tastes.

I would have done chicken or beef shawarma with toum. Maybe I should start entering. I'm just a very picky eater.

I considered making toum, but garlic sauce using Greek yogurt seemed like a nice alternative.
