2. LSU Boo - smoked pork, bacon, fried jalapenos. Need I say more?
3. Greg Maddux - a non-pork entry. Gotta get my spicy fix and this would do it.

Damn these competitions are getting harder and harder to pick favorites...
I appreciate the effort everyone puts in, it is certainly not lost on this group. That being said I lean towards dishes that my pallet favors:

It is so hard leaving PeteRose off my top 3.. Dude makes some of the most delicious looking food. NOLAGT's hotdogs too..
If you ever feel like doing that work again, I will purchase a package of dogs at a premium.
