While many of those places are fine dining, quite a few are not. Le Diplomate in DC for instance is an elbows on the table, lusty French bistro. Very good, but not traditional fine dining. Same with Zahav...

Tripadvisor lists are always a joke.
And no offense to GW Fins, but it at 5 is completely laughable. It wouldn't even be in the top 5 in New Orleans for me.

With all due respect, I think you’re out of your fricking mind.
I don’t think very highly of Fins at all. It’s ok if you’re a tourist.
But those other places are head and shoulders above it.
