Reminds me of a winery I went to in Sonoma. I'm not one of those folks that can distinguish all kinds of smells, but it cracks me up to listen to the folks that get pretentious about it. Anyway, some loud mouthed woman comes in, gets a pour and starts speculating about what chocolates likely go with this wine. She's says, "I'm sure you pair this with an 80% cocoa, with this, that, and the other, etc". The girl behind the bar says, "No, we just pair with milk chocolate" then went on to explain why. The look of embarrassment on her face almost made me spit out my wine.
