My fav is the bacon ranch club chalupa. They still bring it back every now and then. Back in the day I used to get southwest steak bowls. They were the bomb

The Meximelt at the Stillwater, OK TB was solid every time. Something they did just slightly different from others gave it a hint of sweetness along with salt and acidity, the cheese got melty stringy too giving a superb texture.
