Went to the grocery store two days ago and couldn’t get any frozen rolls and almost no canned biscuits left. Must be the new item everyone is hoarding.

Went to the Walmart neighborhood market thing yesterday after avoiding it for as long as possible (had to get pet food) and they were totally cleaned out of biscuits, cinnamon rolls, and crescent rolls.

The people here criticizing don't get that your videos aren't really for people who grew up with Cajun food and cooking

You are helping promote a positive "Cajun" stereotype to a national audience while also providing people an easy introduction to cajun meals and cooking techniques that we were all lucky enough to grow up with.

And if you can get some free stuff and make a little extra money for your family? Even better. Keep on keeping on my man

i feel like the people critiquing him over the dumbest things are jealous possibly... His videos are simple and the dishes are great (well the ones i have made). I also seem to like where his salt\seasoning levels are at as well.

Did I just watch someone basically deep fry canned biscuits in butter?

Obviously it was a pan-fry but i was joking about how much butter it is.

I gotta say, I can't tell if I'm impressed or disgusted.

Either way, keep doing your thing Cajun Ninja.

I've wondered about this skillet/pot as well. I like the look of it. Also, I'd like to know how his pots always look basically brand new with the use they get, particularly all the browning.

The same way he chops those vegetables with the side of his hand.

He’s a ninja.

I use Barkeepers friend to clean all my stainless and aluminum pots.

I’ve had a set of pots for 11 years and they still look pretty much like the day I bought them.

Cajun Ninja is a good dude. Keep up the good work my man.

My South of Lafayette family cooks many of the same dishes Cajun ninja does. Is it different North of Lafayette?

As for the biscuits I love to fry some up. I use bacon grease and split them in half.

Cook up a pack of bacon and use the flaky layer style biscuits. They split in half easy and you get 2 sides of crust on your breakfast samich plus they for sure cook all the way through.

After your bacon and biscuits are ready cook your scrambled eggs in the rest of the grease. Butter your biscuits and add the bacon, egg, and some cheese and enjoy being fat n happy.

For obvious reasons I don't make that dish as much as I'd like
