He managed to overcook the hasbrowns and they're still soggy as hell. Amazing. Thank goodness plumbers are essential, because I bet that was a monster poop after all that fat that I assume was paired with coffee.

his cooking videos are good, but his instagram is sooo cringey. Something about a grown man trying to make tick tok-esque videos is weird.

eta: that fire disk seems like a terrible way to cook with. Looks like an easy way to make cooking hard with the temp being inconsistent all around

Well I mean they are in the shadow of the pan, so they will naturally look darker. The color doesn’t look like that just as I’m scooting them to the warm side of the pan.

Agree. His food always looks great, but his persona is a lot. Still love the food though.

Some people say my cooking videos are cringe too. I’ve grown to understand I will never be able to please everyone no matter what I do. Might as well do whatever I enjoy.

I love your stuff. Defensiveness is unbecoming.

Cheers... look it’s ok if you don’t like something. I would never want anyone to feel like they have to like it. I understand that’s a real possibility anytime I upload something, so I appreciate your honesty. :)

Do what you want, brother. I think your stuff speaks for itself, though.

Well I appreciate that. Not trying to come off defensive. I can assure you, I don’t declare myself the best at this. Lol. I just want to be that one page who’s willing to respond to anyone, good or bad. Many pages don’t respond to good comments, much less negative ones. XD

Those are pan fried biscuits. Looks like he used canned biscuits, which is the way I would do it, because it's less work. But you might consider using a drop biscuit recipe. Also, I would go with clarified butter or lard.

There's a million cooking channels on YouTube. You gotta find something that makes your channel unique enough to stand out in all the noise and you have. Like you said, can't please everybody. I enjoy them. Your little girls were too funny in the Rotolos pizza video. Pi-yah!

Y'all are really making the Food and Drink board look bad in front of the Cajun Ninja. So sad. So very sad.

Lol like you would have turned it down. I could have soaked up some of that bacon fat before dropping the hash browns, but they were still great. My wife almost ate all of them.
Personally I have been enjoying the LeCreuset over Magnalite, but the Magnalite is still a great pot.
