We've been to parties where the menu was:
Green bean casserole with cheese.
Broccoli rice with cheese.
Pasta/Meat casserole with cheese.
Green salad with grated cheese already sprinkled on top.
Cheesecake for dessert.

That was the menu at our last party at Bro's house at Christmas. 30 people. Everyone thought it was great.

Haven't been to the Whole Foods since it took over the Minyard's spot. Is it better than it was before (in addition to being bigger)?

I liked the old location better. It was more of a neighborhood store. The new one is more corporate like the rest of the WF. And it may be bigger, but the aisles are still too narrow and there are too many freestanding displays clogging up whatever open space is left. I'm constantly banging into stuff.

Ah, so 365 refers to 'every day stuff.'

It's the store brand. Like Great Value is to WalMart.

Holy god. I couldn't imagine. Good thing no one was lactose intolerant.. or on a diet.. or just cared about their health in general

I don't like when people think they have to cover a really nice ingredient in cheese to make it good.

All things considered most of my family seems to be pretty good people

I shouldn't complain

There are some seriously worthless people in this world that I've had the displeasure in meeting and I'm happy to say that they're not family

Whole Foods is great, but why in the hell can't they sell a damn Coca Cola?

They've got meats and breads and cheeses that are to die for, but I'm always schlepping my arse off to the Circle K next door to buy something other than Organic Natural Pomegranate Fruit Splash With Tree Bark (or some such bullshite) to wash it all down with.

Shreveport needs a Whole Foods. Mostly just for the beer and cheese selection.

I won't lie. I've gotten a couple slices of pizza to go, then stopped at CVS on the corner to pick up a Coke Zero.

Its well worth checking out, some accurate descriptions so far. Very good produce, meat, and seafood for a grocery store. But overall not a place I would do the majority of my grocery shopping due to cost.

Whole Foods makes this bread that I am pretty much addicted to called Seeduction.

They have a pretty good IPA beer selection, which makes me happy.

The fruit is generally better quality that the supermarket and some produce stands.

Their bakery is one of the best in town. The Berry Chantilly cake is a particular standout.
