I’m not looking for “Neither, I like Filet Mignon”, I’m just talking about this one cut of meat.

To me, it’s got to be a prime rib. There’s nothing like a smooth prime with a good crust. I wish more restaurants did this, but I guess the waste is too great.
The restaurant I worked at 23 years ago, we used the left over prime for steak salads the next day at lunch.

I prefer prime rib with horse radish and a good au jus. The way the fat renders soft on a prime rib is what I like about it so much I think

I love both but I'd have to lean toward a ribeye steak. With that said, prime rib is pretty awesome when it's done right.

I made one for Christmas last year that turned out great. I got a good deal on it since it was the holidays and saved around $20 on what would've been a $40+ piece of meat.

Prime rib with a crust would be great. Otherwise, good seared ribeye would be my choice.

I like a prime rib cooked rare, slice it about 1" thick and then seared on a super hot skillet to bring it up to med rare.

I may have eaten 25-30 ribeyes for every prime rib I've eaten.

The steak. I prefer the grilled texture over the roasted.
