Table 100 fine dining
Georgia Blue for catfish on Fridays

Both in Flowood. Also there is a half shell oyster house in Flowood.

Ridgeland out by the reservoir has Shuckers oyster bar which is good and Cock of the Walk has great catfish

Sal and Phils is a good seafood spot in Ridgeland.

Right across the street from it is Senor Taco if you want good hole-in-the-wall mexican.

Well I think that about covers it

One thing you’ll find in MS is some really incredible local restaurants

We didn’t get to be the most obese state by not eating good food

Lunch- Walkers in downtown is fantastic. Primos diner also a good casual choice

Table 100 is good for a nicer meal at night. Shapley’s is great for steak

Sal and Mookies great choice for casual pizza or Italian sandwiches

It’s really hard for me to pass up Aplos when I come through Jackson. That place is bomb!

I am done with cock of the walk. Went Saturday. It’s been bad but the service there is horrible now. The waiter told my kid when they asked for drink refill “You just gonna have to wait”. I had a guest with me so I had to bite my tongue. We just snuck to their machine and got our own drinks . This is just one of the problems we had. And every table around was having their issues. Everybody was mad.

I like moss creek in pearl better anyhow.

Amerigo's
This is where my wife and I would eat - IF we had to go back to the Jackson area.

Catfish - Jerry's 3326 Highway 49 South of Florence. Look for the giant Igloo.

Cock of the Walk at reservoir - I don't like it but might just be me.

Berry's Buffet - Highway 49 South. Look for the giant cross beside H-49 HUGE fish and seafood Buffet.

If I knew you, our house, but I don't know you so, sorry.

Shapley's was great 20 years ago, when I was brave enough to stop in Jackson.
