Going into Red Stick Spice these days reminds me of going to Toys R Us as a kid....I want everything. So many good products, and most I’ve yet to try. I’m curious what some of you foodies consider must-haves from there, and how you like to use them best. Please share! My short list that I always keep in stock:
Aleppo Chili Flakes - I put that $#!+ on everything. I use several other chili flakes from there as well.
Fleur de Sel- I use several salts from RS, but this one stays in my pantry.
Spud Spice - a fantastic blend for potatoes and many other veggies.
Bengal Hickory Grill Blend - great blend for the grill.
Brunch - sweet, salty, and smoky...I use it for breakfast w/ eggs, grits, etc...need more ideas for it.
Smoked Peppercorns and Smoked Paprika..enough said.
18-year balsamic vinegar. The flavors have their places as well.
I have other favorites, but these are my top staples.

What y’all got?

The Dry Brine mix for poultry is excellent too. Also their curry blends and Garam are fantastic. Don't sleep on their tea options as well.

Agree on the Aleppo chili flakes, smoked black peppercorns and smoked hot paprika.

The chipotle Morita chili flakes are great as well.

Habanero chili powder has been a go to for me lately, but a little bit goes a long way.

Bayou seafood blend is really nice as well.

I go through a ton of the roasted granulated garlic, so I pretty much get a refill every trip over there.

There's so much stuff to try, and I want it all.

Well dang. This is what I came here to post

- Maldon flaky sea salt, makes an awesome finishing salt on steaks/meats and also is great on raw veggies

- Brunch blend, agree with you on this one. It is sooo good in scrambled eggs

- Their New Mexico chili powder is so good, as is their traditional one. Light years better than the stuff in the store aisle

- Cranberry maple rub, awesome on smoked or grilled pork

- Garam Masala, so you don't have to make it

- Ras El Hanout

- Rougarou

- Sheet Pan Chicken Blend

- What's Pho Dinner Spice Blend - We put this in our chicken soup and it gives it a great Viet flavor

- Za'tar

There's so many I still haven't tried, judging by the website right now. Gotta get back over there.

They have a fine herbes blend that is really exceptional in omelettes and scrambled eggs!

I didn't know this place existed! My biggest complaint about grocery stores is they suck for spices. Now I have another reason to go visit Bass Pro! Thanks!

I didn't know this existed either! I have been ordering bulk spices online for making BBQ rubs and sauces. It has been so much better than supermarket spices, it is sad I order good cayenne and red pepper spices from the west coast because you can't pick up good stuff in Louisiana. Going to check out this place ASAP.

My parents own like all their oils and vinegars. They love them.

I’m going to use this thread and stock up

Very interesting website and options. Wish we knew more about where they source from before they make their relabeled product.

If I remember correctly, she mixes a lot of them on her own. That may have changed but the owner is big on authenticity.

Yeah, I watched some of her cooking vids. She seems like she's good. Per my post above, I should've said where they source their various selected spices in bulk. The infusions and mixes are then done on-site and repackaged/labeled. I really like the concept.

I came here to say that due to this thread I went to Redstick Spice.

The aleppo chili flakes were awesome on my fried eggs fathers day morning.

Thanks everyone. I'll now have to get a points membership to this place. Fun place to look around too and not to expensive compared regular box store seasonings.
