Still haven’t had one. I have never been to one that has them. Been to Harahan, LaPlace, Destrehan(worst ever).

Popeyes just posted on their Twitter account that they're sold out, I'm assuming they can't keep up with the demand. Fear not though, you can download the Popeyes app and be notified when they're back in stock.

My son called and told me CFA had one of their best weekends, in sales. Can't find the stats, but he has already consumed two of these prized culinary delights.
Saturday, I went to CFA, having realized the Popeye's situation is in meltdown and ordered the spicy #2. Took a packet of mayo and combined it with 2 packets of Texas Pete's hot sauce. It was delicious.
They were packed inside and outside. I was issued a plastic trapezoidal thing and my order was brought to my table in less than 5 minutes while perusing the complementary USA TODAY. The server inquired my name to insure that a mistake had not occurred. They actually had a kid outside in a reflective vest to coordinate customers safely from the parking lot across the drive-thru lane.
Contrast that with what I observed earlier in the week at Popeye's.

They are ceasing all deliveries of the sandwich as of today so that they can be ready for the official launch at the start of Sept
