Live crabs within hour of Baton Rouge?

Bad timing on a Sunday, but looking to see if anyone has reccs for Live crabs within an hour or so out of BR.

Have called quite a few places around BR and local fishermen between here, Houma, & Pierre Part with no luck.

Must-try Restaurants in Vegas?

Making a boys trip in March and looking for some great restaurant recommendations to try on a 3-day trip. Open to pretty much any type of food that’s excellent with a great atmosphere. Would prefer locations that are in the mix and not far outside of town. Something easy to walk or Uber.

Staying at the Cosmopolitan.

My split looks like this, wondering thoughts on this if it might be too much?. Most days I will perform 4 lifts total for 4 sets each.

Mon- chest / tri’s flat & incline
Tue- back / bi’s
Wed- Legs quad & hammy focus
Thu- Shoulder / Traps
Fri- chest / tri fly & decline
Sat - Back / Bi (lighter)
Sun - legs / delts (minus front) glute focus

I used to be forum admin back in the day for bb.com & steroidology, but that was in my late teens and early 20’s - many years ago, prior to a nearly 2-decade haitus from lifting.

I’m 20-mo back into the lifestyle and have mostly used this forum for fitness lifestyle reading and advice. What are the forums with the strongest communities these days?

I’ve been in SFH for 14 years now with the first 10 being slow growth. Lots of headaches until I transferred over to PM after getting 10 doors. I’m ready to scale continuously now but considering MFH/Complexes as well.

Yea but signed agreement not to disclose. I’m under impression there’s an offer on table. He’ll let me know if I can proceed, but in meantime, I believe it’s a little too big for my first MFH anyways.

That’s disheartening to hear but probably true. I do need to step it up a notch with my macros and cals.

I have to believe increasing my T by 300-400 would do something.

Moderate fatigue mid-day, but nothing I can’t overcome. Just not on my game as much as early am.

Intermediate on the rest, but it’s what drove me to start researching and getting tested for T levels in the first place. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes not, but definitely a difference that I’ve noticed.

•40 yo
•Lifting religiously 18 months 5/6 days/wk
•Great strength gains & muscle development first 6-8 months
•Hit plateau on weight loss & muscle gains over last 10mo
• stated cardio 12 wks ago 5days/wk 30-45min fast pace walking
•diet is 70% clean, hitting close to 1g/lb bodyweight protein.
•Supplement: whey, creatine, fiber combo

I felt and looked best in life when I was last lifting 10~ yr ago.

Could stand to lose 20~lbs body fat.

Yes, listed and on market for 223 days. That part seems suspect to me but waiting on broker to provide disclosures, rent rolls, and other details before making an assessment. I’ll share listing on here in next couple of days if I’m not moving forward.

Yes my levels at last check were around 600~. Wondering if I’m wasting my time or if they will be open to treating based on symptoms and individual goals.

Also wondering how they stand from a price comparison.
