Looking for recommendations on the best place to grab a poboy in New Orleans. Trying to avoid tourist traps and eat where the locals eat. Thanks!

R&Os Roast Beef is better than Parkway's but that shrimp at Parkway just gets me all lathered up.

Crabby Jacks
Their Shredded Roasted Duck, Cochon De Lait, Shrimp, and Roast Beef are all really good and I prefer them to Parkway although Parkway is in a more centralized location

R n O’s has the best roast beef poboy in the metro area.
Russell’s Shortstop does a good job too.
Parkway is full of tourist buses, but locals eat there too.
