Does this refer to bottles or draft as well? If just bottles, they would be wise to sell the more expensive stuff brewery-only.

Louisiana politics are definitely limiting Parish and all other breweries in the state.

Stuff like this makes me hate Louisiana. And people give Canes shite for moving. Are brew pubs affected by this law? How do places like 2nd line get around it? No way they distribute 90%.

If they don't figure all this out and do have to move I hope they relocate to Bay St. Louis or Pass, keep it close to New Orleans.

Perm, that law doesn't apply to microbreweries. As long as your production is less than 12,500 barrels a year.
For reference, Parish brewed 15k barrels last year. Abita brewered 150k barrels

No, the microbrewer permit is a retail permit, not a manufacturer's permit. Retailers can't distribute at all. Second Line is a manufacturer.

I was referring to Perms comment about Brewpubs. Places like Courtyard & Brieux Carre are considered microbreweries.
