I think courtyard will be fine. I guess this crap will make it harder for him to have special events and the marketing them

Did you read the letter from the ATC? events are fine as well as marketing them.

ETA: "incidental to the taproom’s purpose" is the fine print but I don't see events being an issue.

Courtyard will be fine because they are not a manufacturer under state law. This affects brewers that distribute like NOLA, Parish, etc.

You are right. I just read the new Parish blog, and I must have missed the part where the ATC isn't allowing music "outside." That's insane and will definitely affect big events.
