Overrated and underrated restaurants

I don’t know what the most underrated is, but I have to put Chick Fil A as the most overrated. It’s really just glorified fast food.

This thread could have been a lot better without your final sentence. All the attention will be on that, which isn’t what you were asking.
As to your original question, I typically find that “chains” are underrated and unique spots are overrated, because people generally like to feel special/unique/sophisticated even though we’re all doing the same thing wherever we go… putting food and calories in our mouth.

Underrated: Goodwood Grill, very good lunches, ridiculously large portions, low prices. My lunch is also my dinner, I can't eat all of that.
Overrated: Chimes East, just go and you'll see what I'm talking about.
