How you typed that sentence out, read it, and didn't think "boy I kind of sound like a huge tool " is beyond me.
The food flex has always just struck me as odd.

Not at all I know none of these people.
If I had to guess, they probably think it’s odd to have such a strong negative opinion without actually ever trying the food. I get it though. Gumbo Birria Tacos, Al Pastor Boudin, Tomatillo Corn Maque Choux, Smoked Red Beans, etc…..probably scare a lot of people. Hence the name Rougaroux. It ain’t for everyone, I get that and my cousin certainly gets that. But if you ain’t scared to try something new, then give Rougaroux a shot.
