that doesn't fall under you typical spaghetti, lasagna or alfredos. Something new. I am like italian, but tired of the same ol crap.

Pretty much all of them. Italian is based off home cooking

Chicken, veal or eggplant parmesan.

Have that over vermicelli with some rich red gravy, WOP salad and some garlic/spinach/cheese bread and you've got a feast.

Shrimp or crawfish fettuccini.

Muffaletta-----can get all ingredients from Rouse. Check to make sure the bakery has the bread before buying the ham, genoa salami, mortadella, provolone cheese and olive salad. Worse comes to worse, do like Liuzza's on Bienville does and put it on French bread for their version of the "Frenchaletta".

Oh shite... I brought my special pasta to our work potluck. Do you think they knew I was high when I invented it?

ETA it was actually invented in the shitty apartments behind the Lenox MARTA station.

It’s not really Italian but this has replaced chicken Alfredo in my house.

One pot chicken and sausage Cajun pasta

It’s basically just a seasoned chicken Alfredo with sausage. Season to taste of course Bc the recipe isn’t quite it.

Anchovy bread, cheese ravioli, bolognese.

Italian to me is just simple, fresh ingredients. Try making fresh pasta with a scampi or another easy sauce. Butter, garlic, and lemon taste great on anything.
