My price point top out is about $90, depending on the bottle. I rarely spend that much on bourbon, however. I'm usually around $50-60 or so.

Some bourbons, there is a noticeable difference in flavor. But, that really comes with drinking bourbon fairly regularly, to train your palate to taste the subtleties of the juice.

Can't i buy bourbon and workout? Why does it have to be either/or? I workout so i can drink.

What is fun with Bourbon is hunting bottles at MSRP instead of secondary market. The Miejer store gets their shipment on Tuesday morning and Kroger in Versailles on Friday.

I used to buy mid-high range shite one time, then refill with Costco booze later. We tend to do mixed drinks, but even when I’d do a neat pour, no one ever called it.

Now beer is a whole other story.

Also, hug and love your Costco liquor department while you can. They ain’t got that shite in GA.

By volume not necessarily by quality though.

Same here. It doesn't take long to accumulate a collection valued in the thousands.

My nightly wine ranges $50-100 a bottle. It usually takes me 2-3 nights to finish

Are $16 four packs of beer considered “expensive?”

Because if not, then no for me.

I can tell a difference in nice wine and regular wine.

I can’t really tell a difference in liquors.

I don’t really drink light beer so I guess I’m kind of a beer snob

If you count microbrews such as Ghost in the Machine and Yellow Rose, then yes.

I honestly have no idea how many bottles I have, but I'd wager its north of 50. Could possibly be closer to 100. So I could buy someone having 300.

Now, I don't have anything that costs more than $100. Pretty much everything is in the $30-50 range.

Have numerous bottles over $100. If I buy a $175 bottle of scotch it lasts 2-3 years. My wife buys a $50 bottle of wine it lasts a couple of hours. The scotch and Bourbon are cheaper in my brain. Yea may be crazy

I bought a $100 bottle of bourbon just to spite this thread. Top shelf alcohol is the spice of life my friend.

PS it was Remus repeal reserve series 6.
