I confess, as someone who grew up in NoLA his Red Beans videos are absolutely hilarious.

But is this a business? Is he making a legit income?

I hope so b/c I this he's got the gift of gab..

Yeah his income is solely merch and brand deals. He complains sometimes about not making more money but if he wants to be an independent New Orleans only creator there’s kind of a ceiling there.

He’s pretty clever with his sayings, but yeah he can’t do much outside of New Orleans

Claims he only works for himself these days. More power to him. Never really listened to his podcast, but would like to hear him run a Manningcast type event of the Rex/Comus ball

I've found some decent lunch places based on him. I rarely get red beans but he will go to a place that sounds good and I'll try them on something else.
Found Frady's and a few other places that I keep in rotation from his show.

Am I the only one that finds him annoying?

Maybe it’s a me problem.

He has several sponsors. I like what he does, but he could probably expand and obviously make more.

I want to say when Jordy Colatta went out on his own, he tried to bring him on board and he declined.
