I can't decide what to try to do on a weeknight. It is our regular crew who is always here for weekend football.

There is no food. There is no alcohol. There is no company. It will only be me and my TV. No BS distractions.

Not many people. I don’t want a crowd. Chex mix and crawfish gumbo already made. Shrimp corn dogs before the gumbo.

I'm hoping all the people here in South TX that want to watch the game with me gloriously bring all their own food and drink for all of the times I've had them over in the past few years.

And if they show up empty handed I'm slamming the door shut and watching the whole thing in my underwear eating jalapeno poppers

This is probably the most LSU thing I've ever seen.

Not that I wouldn't eat it of course.

I bought a 16 pound beef strip loin Tuesday. Trying to decide if I want to cut it into steaks. I may just slice a couple nice ones from the center and freeze the two roasts for another time.

probably an overpriced chicken basket in the stadium. Damn I'm gonna miss those cheap prices in Atlanta... 16 oz beer and 3 large pieces of pizza for $17!!! that'd cost me $30+ in the dome
