I'd say give it a shot. I'm a big fan of French and Belgian farmhouse ales and have tried a good bit. This BT one isn't the best, but it's pretty solid. It has an excellent nose to it. A little more bitter than I normally prefer in saisons.

I might have to do that. Saisons usually aren't my thing because of the sweet white wine taste. Being a little bitter might be a key.
