I don’t think Cane’s is regional anymore. They are in Phoenix, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and everywhere in between.

Portillo’a is my answer. They are primarily a Chicago area chain, but they have a location at Disney World.

Rosa’s Cafe and Tortilla Factory (West Texas)

Wouldn't call it west texas, we have one about 5 mile away from us north of Austin.

That said, Rosa's is awesome. Taco Tuesday 4 life.

Is Popeye's considered a regional chain? If not, then it's Krispy Krunchy for me.

ETA: Rosa's is awesome. Wasn't thinking of them as fast food, though.

One in College Station as well. My first time eating at one was in Midland, though.

Another upvote for Portillo's. I wish they expanded and opened a location down here, but hit them up every time I'm in the Chicago area and always impressed.

Beat me to it, about 10 units NW/W Of Atlanta.

Great breakfast biscuits, chicken sandwiches, chili dogs, onion rings, shakes and ribeye sandwiches. Close at 3pm daily.

Always a Chic fil a line snaking into the street...

Portillo's sold for over a billion a few years back, and are likely going national. Multiple locations in each of FL, AZ, CA, MN, MI, IN, & WI currently.

It seems they're following Chicago transplants now but will be filling in the gaps soon enough.

Milos would be a strong contender for the most beloved regional chain that isn't good at all
