Fist you get the sugar, then you get the power, then you get the women.
RIP to your dad. My sincere condolences.
My dad is getting to that age, and I aim dreading the day it happens.

I mean they essentially legalized it with the new medical marijuana expansion. You basically just go to one of the providers and say I have a cough "okay here is your script."

You might want to ask HR if your co. accepts medical marijuana before thinking it gives you a free pass. Many do not accept it, especially for safety sensitive jobs. And it it never allowed under federal (DOT) testing.
Previous poster: "companies are about to go to strictly mouth swabs for THC in Louisiana. The mouth swabs are supposedly 18 hour tests."
oral swabs.
They go back longer than that, but much shorter than urine (and especially hair). Detection time is still up for debate. Most companies in LA continue use of urine and hair and are not "strictly" going to oral swabs. Where did you even hear this??

And really, why are these things even allowed over our US airspace? What is they are carrying a bioweapon payload, or some type of nuclear material to drop?

Obviously, the govt would see these way before they were over OUR land/airspace. Knock them out hundreds of miles before the are directly over the USA. Best case is they are just surveillance (which is bad enough), but what if they are spreading some type of virus engineered in Wuhan, or worse?

Do you think the CCP or Russia would allow these to float over from coast to coast? :banghead:

yep D8 shows up like a MFer on urine and oral swab drug screens.

You are incorrect. on an instant test (immunoassay) maybe, but gas chromatography combined with mass spectrometry only test for and are specific for ONLY delta-9 THC.
Why in the hell was she chasing them? She obviously didn't have her faculties working, and it's morons that think like this that are ruining the country.

Sounds harsh, but one less lunatic.
Oh, one on the techs/mechanics also recommended Tricare. Anyone have experience with them?

Looking to drive this thing until the wheels fall off (and just bought a set of new Michelin tires even with the warning lights), got 75K miles on the last set, and they handle great!

I know where I'm booking my next vacation!
Lab-based drug tests (2 stage test, where positives are confirmed with GC/MS) ONLY test for delta-9 THC. Any hemp-based and CBD or delta-8 products are considered supplements and are not regulated, and you never really know what's in them no matter what the package says. MROs (Medical Review Officers) will not accept OTC shite you buy at a gas station or smoke shop as a medical explanation to overturn your test. The federal max level of Delta-9 THC allowed is .3%.

TL-DR: If you are subject to drug testing, buyer beware with OTC hemp products, delta-8, or the emerging delta-10. Don't want any BAWs losing their jobs thinking it's not going to show up.
Enadious: yes, Chabill's and my local repair guy. They both said that they (and most places) don't do this work, and to try AGCO or call around to find someone. I guess they are in the exhaust manifolds.

SpotCheckBilly: Yes, I have been living in MS for a few months while my house is being remodeled due to a water leak under the floors. It's past-due by a few months. What's the low-cost option, just disconnect the battery again and bring it in?

Duwayne: Yes, 4.0 V6. That's my fear, that it will not fix the underlying problem.

It's funny, same thing happened (all warning lights came on). Went to Price Leblanc for an assessment (yes I know, I know). They said both exhaust manifolds and some other shite would need to be changed, like 6K, and there was no guarantee that would even fix it. Haha. Ran a couple of cans of BG BK44 fuel system cleaner though it after reading about it helping some folks on the 4runner forums, and they all went off. That was like 4 years ago!

Geauxnc- never heard of a delete kit. Please elaborate...

Thanks everyone. :usa:
Thanks for the plumbing suggestion! Will give them a call.

Oswald: I have a cousin who is a general contractor whose floor crew is usually booked months in advance, but they had an unexpected opening. He only builds new houses, and these guys did a great job! Will find out their name, pretty sure it's a sub he uses...

The painters are almost done with the shoe molding.
It's a 2004 SR5 2 wheel drive, if that matters. It has been a great vehicle, 190k miles but runs great. Only routine maintenance needed until now.

Have brought it to a couple of places after all of the warning lights (including check engine, ABS, etc) came on at once. The diagnostic codes indicate that is the issue is the catalytic converter.

Suggestions/advice on what to do? I tried to reset it by unhooking the battery, ran a can of BK-44 fuel treatment through it, but they all came back on after 100-150 miles.

TIA for any suggestions from the OT car experts.
Yes, BR. Found the flooring contractors, but now only need 3 toilets replaced- floors are almost done!
Looking for some recommendations. Will probably be pulling up some of the basic 18' X 18" tile and some glued down hardwood.

Discovered there was a leak underneath a guest toilet in the center of the house, other than the nice tile in the master bath and to carpet in the mater bedroom, it's all got to go, and have a vapor barrier installed. Probably looking for vinyl laminate "wood" to replace.

Will also need a reliable plumber 1 of the 3 toilets has been pulled ou (which had the leaking fitting, and a second toilet on the same side of the house as the leaking one.

TIA for any advice!
My first Indian food in the early 90's was at India's on Essen. It was love at first bite. Having a buffet to try everything was awesome!

But then I discovered the Bay Leaf. India's must have gotten a new chef, because the food quality went down in the early 2000's. Plus, their bathrooms and carpets are disgusting. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

The Bay Leaf is clean, and the food is up there for BR. Swagat is damn good, too! Best Indian food I ever had was in England. Blew my socks off.

Any Baws in Bay Saint Louis, MS- Indian Paradise is excellent!
