Neyow's Creole Cafe. I guess it depends on what your definition of "hole in the wall" is.

They may both sell Italian but Boscoli family definelty does not run Sandro's.

I love the place, but am not going to dine there due to location and restaurant in general.

I don't know if he still owns boscoli bc I think he might have sold it but it's a FACT that the same guy started both. His step son now runs Sandros. I went to HS w the owners son. I got your back rat

Probably the best homemade authentic Italian you can find in the nola metro area imo. Did not know about the place until a co-worker took me there for company lunch.

It's in a terrible strip mall on Veterans across from TJ Max and basically across Vets from Lafreniere Park.

I agree.
Marcellos might be my favorite Italian place now, but Sandro's is a great little place.
