Brisket, mac and cheese, deviled eggs.

Not sure what else is on the menu but that is enough for me. I usually do a few racks of ribs but I have other commitments this weekend.

Why the soy/olive oil combo?

We’re going out for Turkish food.

It's just the two of us (we don't live near either of our families) so we're doing fajitas on the grill.

Both steak and chicken and all the fixins.

Probably whip up some Ranch waters and just enjoy the weather and each other's company

It’s typical New England spring - semi-warm one day and freezing rain the next!

I hate this time of year

Because it tastes good?

Is ham like the middle finger to Jews for Christ's death & resurrection? I am not prone to pork but I see a lot Ham dishes mentioned. Is this by intent?

Going sit at the bar of my favorite restaurant to people watch. Probably a biscuit and spinach Madeline because they only make it on Sundays.

Liz - idk why ham but I love ham

Oh tonight I’m cooking air fryer chicken fried steaks, Latin rice, and cucumber/tomato/avocado salad so I guess that counts as Easter

I like doing grilled pork loins in place of the Easter ham. I do homemade smoked ham for Christmas so pork loins provide me that pork meat for Easter.
