Sounds more like the term Brine is more appropriate. Lots of people brine their birds before eating.

The people that would complain about this probably are the very same people who have a bookmark folder full of boxcake-based no-bake dessert recipes.

Zaxby's tastes like oversalted, previously frozen chicken fingers.

I have no clue how anyone could prefer Zaxby's over Cane's.

I don't know why, but Cane's doesn't taste as good as it did when it first opened. Trending towards tasteless rubber. The sauce saves it.

Who cares?

It’s delicious

And do you really think fried chicken is good for you even if they didn’t do this?

This is true. Foo’s fingers are better. Better texture, flavor and breading. Get more for your money.

Doesn’t mean the others are bad.

This old Reveille article from '02 contrasting Bailey's (remember them?!)

Baileys had the better tenders but Canes had better fries, toast, and marketing.

Gross. Ate a Zaxby's once in Birmingham, tasted like salt and poverty.

They did when I worked there in 2007. I assume nothing has changed.

you mean besides the amount and size of the chicken, fry portion, charging for extra sauce, less butter on the toast, and higher prices?
