I didn't know this until I moved to NorCal and couldn't find them in the stores at Easter.

Shenandoah Farms Ultimate Chocolate milk. Found in Northern Virginia. Absolutely the best Chocolate milk I've ever had and I've been around some.

Allegro spicy marinade in flank steak is money.

Used Zatarains sausage once in red beans. Absolutely disgusting.

While most of the good stuff comes from KY, there is nothing in the definition of bourbon that says it has to.

Try this on flank steak if you can find it. I usually make my own marinade for fajitas and carne asada, but this is really good if you are short on time.

Throw in some aforementioned Conecuh sausage and their red beans and rice is the best Cajun dish that can be had!

You’d be surprised, or maybe not, at the unfortunate amount of people who see any food with an association to Louisiana and automatically just call it “Cajun.”

I do enjoy Zatarains Red Beans & Rice with Conecuh sausage, but I was totally trolling with my post.
