Boudin shack...Found this place at the corner of Nicholson and Gardere

Found this place at the corner of Nicholson and gardere while driving to campus. Has some decent boudin balls, egg rolls and wontons. They also sell pies, cracklins and other cooking stuff.

IMO it's one of the better places on this side of the basin. The owner is from Krotz Springs.

Yeah, the place is legit. They also have little fried catfish nuggets that are like crack. So good.

Does he have Cajun seasoning called Cajun Works? If there is that brand then its an awesome Cajun seasoning, but not the Jalapeno blend.

This place is great. We used them a few times for football tailgates. Always a big hit and no leftovers.
