I don’t use sauce for beef of any kind. But Lillie’s Q has a couple I’ll use in a pinch if i don’t make mybown. Carolina vinegar style is great for pulled pork, and the Alabama white is solid for chicken.

I like Stubb's. I'm sure there is better premium choices.

I prefer Salt Lick, mostly because I like vinegar based sauces.

Simple salt and pepper. Klllen's and Hutchin's.

This is great on pork. I use it on double-cut pork chops, and reverse sear. Restaurant quality chop.

On briskets other than course salt and pepper I like Montreal steak seasoning. Makes a good peppery bark.
Chicken I put a heavy dose of hamburger seasoning mixed in mayonnaise. I know it sounds crazy but the Mayo keeps things moist and “disappears”.
Pork. Lately I’ve used sucklebusters.
Bbq sauce. If I don’t make my own a basic sweet baby rays or kraft original. Add a little butter and warm it up.

How is that King Craw rub from Killer Hogs?

I've seen him use it on How to BBQ Right, but we don't have access to Killer Hogs stuff here in Texas.

Going home to Mississippi next week and thinking about picking some up.

For brisket, I use salt, pepper, Gunpowder, and Lane's Brisket Rub.

For chicken, I'm still trying different things, but Tajin Classico stepped up with some cayenne works.

Lately been using Heath Riles Honey Chipotle or Jay D’s Spicy and Sweet for chicken and ribs.

Meat Church Holy Gospel is a really solid all purpose rub to keep around as it is good on just about all types of meat.

Really liking Blues Hog Champions blend for chicken and ribs. It’s not too thick and forms a nice glaze.

Salt,Pepper, Garlic for Brisket.
