Big fan of Mike Anderson's. They have the best fried food in town which makes a damn good poboy

Not sure where the best shrimp poboy is now, used to be Sammys was good, but that was years ago.

I could kill an AM Mart Cajun Turkey right now though, loved that thing

Goodwood grill has a great shrimp poboy. Big shrimp and lots of them with a good quality bread.

I’ll be totally honest when I say that I’ve never been able to find a really good poboy in Baton Rouge. Typical of BR... can’t quite figure it out!
