Sammys had a great shrimp poboy about 10 years ago. Then it went to crap.
Maxwell’s has a good one, as does Chimes and Roberto’s.

I know the name is very cliche, but Po-Boy Express has a great shrimp po-boy. I’ve heard others are good as well.
