You can live on $50k and your setup without any major disruptions like illness
or a hurricane... If you are not going to use your 401k/IRA you will need to have a 10% return on your other assets which is not usually possible without a bit of risk. Health insurance maybe your wild card.
You may need to work for a few more years to move to the next phase of your life. :geauxtigers:

Tommy Casanova was the original Russell Shepard, a player everyone wanted to see do something else offensively. Running back for Casanova and passing qb for Shepard. :geauxtigers:

We had a very bad experience at Louie's. Food was mediocre and staff was surly at best. Manager was aggressive and dismissive. Go to the Keys at least once a year and there are better options.

Galliera area or Memorial area is within a few miles of Brookhollow and will provide many more options food wise. Try Kenny and Ziggy's on Post Oak a great deli and BB's for crawfish :geauxtigers:

Circus Circus steak house is on the list of the best in Vegas. Great choice. We really enjoyed the food and the old school feel :geauxtigers:

Cruise America is your best bet. :geauxtigers:

I remember the Chick fila bowl when Addai ran around, thru and over Miami.
40-3 LSU and then we won the post game fight in the tunnel to boot! :geauxtigers:

If he really costs 6 million $$ I would not mind if we lost him and brought in 2 or 3 $2 million OL's that would stay 2 years. :geauxtigers:

I feel like we are the Dodgers the way we are spending. :geauxtigers:
There is RAINMAN and we have LANEMAN. :geauxtigers:
He benefitted from playing ND soft schedules and winning a big game once and awhile. Name a ND head coach that has moved on from ND and had big success. Short list... :geauxtigers:

It was his LSU tattoo that brought him back! :geauxtigers:
Grew up in the time where WWL was the go to. Listened to many games with my parents and siblings. Never will forget. :geauxtigers:

O'Steens never disappoints. Casual dress. Locals recommended it to us. :geauxtigers:
Can still play in bowl game and red shirt. Right? :geauxtigers:
The brother is an All American at UHAUL.

Different movie, same ending. :spank:
Lasyone's Meat Pie restaurant is our go to for casual dining. Get the fried green beans. :geauxtigers:
We are like the Oakland Raiders, everyone hates us and fears what we are about to do. :geauxtigers:
