North African is dogshit.

It's hard to find, but I love Georgian. Just like how England incorporated Indian spices into their cuisine because British food is so bland, the Russians did the same with Georgia.

I completely agree with the OP that Cuban food is garbage. Bland rice and beans with dry pork.
Also cuban sandwiches are massively overrated.
Best: Any type of asian excluding Indian.

1. Mexican (not tex mex, although its good)
2. Indian
3. Chinese (this is such a huge geography of various foods)
Most Asian counties are contenders
worse in no particular order (all have good food items, but overall....not so much)

Curious what you classify as “Latin American” because Mexican is way different than food in Costa Rica and other Central American countries or food in Cuba and Puerto Rico.
