I've noticed this to be true with Mich Ultra people as well.

Right, I know they are popular.

I don’t see people drinking them at restaurants & I eat out 3x a week

Do they pour it in a glass for them or anything plop the can down on the table? How’s it work

Not doubting you, but I havent seen that to the extent of white canners. Generally Bud Light, Coors Light and Mich Ultra folks will mix and match a bit. Bud Light people are the most reasonable.

I've definitely seen it with girls/women at casual places.

They sell with the college crowd for sure.

Cans were always a no no growing up in the business, especially for dinner service. I still think it automatically lowers your brow but that’s just me

I hear you, but this is also a casual pizza eatery in LP not the new Alon Shaya restaurant at the Four Seasons.

Could just be the Mich Ultra drinkers I know. A few of them won't drink any other beer.

All bottles

Keep in mind that if you're looking to sell craft beer to folks who know even a little bit about craft beer, bottles can be problematic if they're dated.

IPAs lose their punch pretty quickly with most breweries recommending consumption within 3 months of bottling. If someone orders a bottle from you and sees it's 4-5 months old, you can kiss that customer goodbye.

If it were me, I'd only offer 2 IPAs and then look to expand once your working space expands. Seems 2 options is a bit of a nod that you understand people want craft while not opening yourself up to a bunch of expired (and expensive) bottles.

That was also probably well before all small to medium breweries started using canning lines. The only LA beers you'll find in a bottle are some Parish and Abita. The bottle popularity still holds true for light beers especially if the glass is almost frozen over.

A lot of places have taps, and if they don’t they are pouring it into a glass from a can

I was just curious as to how you present a white claw to a guest at a sit down restaurant

I don’t think it fits but that’s just me

Ah, gotcha. Your right, pouring the can into a glass is still commonplace. I thought you meant bottle or can to table.

I’m at a casual, popular Italian place in terrebone parish

All domestic bottles (dos x, corona, corona light, modelo, etc) plus a few abitas. No cans or high noon or buzz balls

At the end of Jan, the engineers hired by the development 2 years ago, said 30-60 days to get approval for a sewage from DHH. Here we are 90 days later and no approval. So perhaps approval in 2 days or 2 months
