Looks like parish is cranking out ghost much more frequently than past years. I mean batch 8 was only out a month ago.

Good sign for those not wanting to chase trucks.

Can we designate batches based the daily hours of sunshine and wind velocity the hops experienced during the growing season since apparently that is responsible for the variance in batches?

i think it's becoming necessary

Last winter was dry up here in the PNW, and the hop crop was below average. It was also a dry year

What, did it only rain 5 times a week?

I think Parish contracted for more hops this year. They may be wishing they had signed on for even more.

My point is that they can always try to buy extra, in order to squeeze in some extra batches, but that may not be possible in years like this one.

Brewers that have contracts guaranteeing them their supply of hops will get the first hops.

Andrew is already contracting out to 2020 or so for hops.

ETA: And he said he was contacting suppliers constantly trying to get more.

So you're saying we need to add a rain fall component to the sun and wind naming conventions....

For your information, it is partly sunny and 55 degrees right now, and we haven't had any rain for the last 7 or 8 hours...

To thwart the people who just want to trade it for Treehouse beers.
