Any cool recommendations in Nola for happy hour small plate food?

I’m going Friday afternoon around 4 to 6 and looking for a cool place that has good food. Shaya? Need great cocktails.

I really like borgne at the bar for happy hour but only if you need to be in that area anyway.

Compere Lapin and Meril have great happy hours. You could spend an hour at each as they’re right around the block from each other. Gianna is right there too

My wife's company held a small gathering there a year of so ago and they ordered several things off the small plate menu, along with the requisite cocktails and it was pretty damn good-----but like most such places, they think highly of their food and cocktails with the prices they charge.
Just glad I didn't have to foot that bill by night's end.
