Nice list. Although I had an awful meal at Rue 127. Adolfo's I'm unsure of. Clancy's I haven't been to yet but hear good things.

La Boca is completely legit. Tartine is a hidden gem for breakfast and lunch. Mariza

Mais Arepas is okay .. a little too expensive for what you get, IMO. Would throw Maya's on there instead.

I didn't see the new chairs in the pic. I'd been wanting to get my Mom in there, but she'd wouldn't have liked those stools. She's in her eighties and that ain't gonna cut it for her.

Wink, I've bought the pickles there for several years. They've sold those and hot sauces as well as the mustard as long as I can recall.

I sat at the new bar so I know those seats are different. But yeah, all the tables are still those high top ones.

Every time I go, they are out of the jars to sell. My luck sucks.

R2R, get your arse to Clancy's!

She's not into bar stools. She would love the place otherwise, though.

HAd craving for Butcher today, just so happened to be the first day in the expanded space. Its awesome.

This is great to hear. I love the place but never feel like fighting the crowd. I need to get over there soon.

Glad they took my suggestions with the garage doors.

I would definitely take out places like Upperline and Dooky and put in places like Maurepas.

I saw that Square Root opened today as well. Domenica's new place opens tomorrow. I'm thinking the new place is why Domenica stopped serving sandwiches altogether a few weeks ago.

Always

ETA: I wrote a note to Domenica about our waitress, Kelsey, who was top notch. Got a nice response from the GM. Turns out Kelsey is new. I wouldn't have guessed that.

Didnt notice that, but there have always been some Star Wars figurines all over the place and I noticed the Darth Vader holding a bottle of hot sauce today.

There are probably 100 places in town that could legitimately earn a spot on a '10 best foodie spots in NOLA' list

Is Maurepas really that good? It's another on my "to-try" list.

I've yet to meet one person who has good to say about MoPho.

I like most of that list though.

I like your list, a lot. And your TD user name.

A Taipan is a mad mofo.
