One of our higher ups from the UK once told me, "Every time Trump says drill baby drill I get a boner". I don't think I have to worry about any cope meetings.

I work in a plant. I don't know a single co-worker in this industry that is a democrat. And if there are some, they keep quiet.

My black coworkers voted for Trump.

They're giddy today.

Easy, get your arse back to work.

Thankfully I've never experienced this kind of dumb shite. I would probably get fired.

Our sales VP wore navy slacks, white button up, red tie, MAGA hat, and an orange safety vest on Halloween. There will be no meeting today.

Also - it should be against HR regulations to mix politics and the workplace. They are opening themselves up to a lawsuit if the right attorney is consulted.

Happened in 2016 at my job. Dept. Head came around doing a check in to make sure we were all ok. My guy won, I was having a great day.

Also had one person who sat in her office and cried for a week.

It was all so glorious to me.

Uh no. They can commiserate on their own time during break or lunch. Companies do not need to pay for their personal copium time.

I’m excited about our DEI girl-boss squad getting liquidated here in the upcoming months. It’ll happen.

I would think most offices have a Policy in place where politics shall not be discussed in the workplace. So therefore you point these candy-asses to that policy and tell them to GFT as no meeting will be necessary.

Sounds like a miserable place to work. Tell them to Deal with It.
