Winter Meetings are happening with or without players
I may get some info I can pass along
Most of what I do get is disdain for ownership, and that's coming from a management standpoint

Chris Taylor will sign with the Angels. Another significant piece for them on their way to a championship.

Y’all need to be talking about Dusty Baker fricking the frick off.

There's been a lot of talk in this thread about the plate approaches of Altuve and Bregman as it relates to Brantley and Gurriel
In certain game situations, it aggravates me to no end when we don't see the opposite field used
But when taking a look back on production over the course of a season, you can see where there exists a fine line for a player to figure out what is actually in the team's best interests
For instance, let's raise Tuve's average some, closer to Brantley and Gurriel, yet knock down his HR total the same. Off the top of my head, I can think of 5 key HRs he hit that were game changers.
It's pretty damn easy to criticize the obvious attempts to increase power at the expense of average, but then maybe we're back to the sabermetric vs old school debates, which most have conceded should be all or none. Meaning, you either commit to the process or you don't.
I think Tuve has shown enough power to straightaway RF to let the ball travel more, but Bregman lacks that kind of power.
And to the question of why our offense disappeared at times, it's called baseball. Look at the Red Sox in our series. All of us have been around enough to know, it's just tough to swallow.

They are scheduled as of this post
And whether they call it that or not, the owners will be convening with management
