Titans’ RB Derrick Henry suffered a potentially season-ending foot injury during Sunday’s 34-31 win over Indianapolis, sources reported ESPN. Henry is undergoing an MRI today to determine the full extent of the damage.

Asa a Titans fan, I feel great about relying on Tannehill to keep this going.

Sucks because he is fun to watch. Just amazing how fast and smoothly he makes his cuts and then punishes people.

I am 50 and can’t think of seeing many like him. Walter comes to mind. Never recall seeing Jim. Maybe Bo was the closest though

Had this in my thread.

Field Yates

quote:

Derrick Henry has handled 219-of-230 running back rushing attempts for the Titans this season.

He has 353 more rushing yards than any other player in the NFL.

He has a league-high 10 rushing touchdowns.

Just a devastating blow if he is out all year.

He's a freak of a human being, but everyone breaks down.

How great is Derrick Henry? 9/10 football fans doesn’t know his back up.

He probably tells the coaches hes fine, but sometimes the titans give him carries that make no sense. The game will be well in hand and he'll still get 5 touches on a drive

Really sucks, but the risk you take when giving your RB nearly twice as many caries as the next closest RB.

McCaffery and Henry, probably the two most interesting players in the league, both being injured is a bummer.

Didnt he end up coming back in the game after leaving from this injury or was I just too drunk watching redzone?

He’s an absolute monster and I wish him a speedy recovery.

I’m not saying this would have avoided it, but man stuff like this feels inevitable whenever you have 82 more carries than the next highest guy at the halfway point of the season.

Sucks - was afraid the usage would eventually catch up to him. Fun player to watch - will miss seeing him on the field for the remainder of the year.

Apparently the Titans don’t even know who his backup is. The other RBs have combined for 11 total carries.

Yeesh... Wonder if they contact Cleveland for a trade for D'Ernest Johnson or Dallas for Tony Pollard.

I have a Under 1500.5 rush yards prop on him, but also have him in a fantasy league. Talk about being torn

Wish he would just be out for several weeks instead

He did. Potentially made it worse.
