The collectively bargained agreement doesn't mention any process.

It also does not define a woman though so you would assume that the WNBA has the ability to simply define it now in a way that all of its former players would match. They could probably easily define it as someone who has either an ID or passport or visa or whatever with a woman designation and that would end Kanters pursuit unless he really commits which he won’t.

The WNBA has already scheduled a meeting. It’s working

Would you say that it worked if they defined it in a way that allowed trans men but excluded Kanter? It feels like that would not be difficult to do

The league

Who that represents the league has stated that the league allows trans women? There is a petty distinct legal difference in a league rep saying it vs a couple of players and coaches
quote:

What's a woman? And that's not just a joke that's the argument because when they ask that question then he can ask them back can you please clarify the question and Define for him what a woman is because he can't answer it unless they can specifically say to him with their interpretation of a woman is and they can't Without affirming his right to identify as a woman, because he feels, like he feels, like a woman would feel in a similar situation

Just ask him what his definition of a woman is and then follow up by asking if he identifies as a woman based on that definition. If he lies on either one perjure him.

Courts are not places to go play identity politics. If he was doing this in any sort of good faith as someone actually identifying as a woman it may be an interesting case but he is not so it is not.

Then sue for collusion.

The first question to him will be do you really now identify as a woman and he will not be able to say yes due to perjury and the case will end.
quote:

No he didn't.

I mean maybe an intern did it but somebody posted him as a Christ like figure. And if that person did not see a resemblance to Jesus then they have never in their lives been to a church or seen any sort of Christian imagery

Many thousands of people have been reported to be able to heal the sick with touch alone throughout history. English and French monarchs used to lay hands on people to heal them back in the day.

Brother he said that he was a Red Cross worker not a fricking shaolin monk
This is actually worse than what I expected his explanation to be. I think that Trump is starting to get indulgent in terms of seeing what insane shite his base will accept at face value

I didn't make a claim. You did.

You claimed that the majority of people did not feel a certain way (implying that they felt the opposite way).

Sure. Whatever you say.

What source shows that most people support it

No, normal people realize this isn't what is happening.

The war is unpopular with the average american
If everyone understands that it is hyperbolic what’s the point? That’s not even a rhetorical question I truly don’t understand
Quick search shows that the no religious art had been the standard for decades prior

“Following the publication of this article, the Daily Caller became aware of additional context that undercut the central assertion of this article and its newsworthiness,” according to the retraction notice. “The ban of religious symbolism on eggs as part of the White House Easter egg activities has been longstanding, dating back decades, and the Biden administration did not make any modifications to this rule.”

Surely in the name of honestly you will remove or annotate the OP

Pam Bondi has to be one of the dumbest people that we have ever had in government. Just totally incompetent
quote:

don't think there's anything wrong with it personally, but then again, I'm not a leftist who invents reasons to scream into their pillows about Trump. I can recognize that I think it's not a good look, while also thinking the outrage towards it is frickin stupid.

Your post contradicts itself. Why is it a bad look if only Trump screaming liberals don’t like it?
quote:

bullshite if you didn't.

I’m asking if it was his job to create videos for them if he would have made that one. That doesn’t mean that someone at the White House made it. I even changed my question later to say sourced it. However they clearly at a minimum sourced the video with it in it and didn’t watch it first (best case). However it’s odd how defensive you are about who made it considering there is nothing wrong with it in your opinion.
quote:

Well, one thing is for damn sure. The video didn't open up by depicting the Obamas as monkeys like you claimed. It also wasn't created by the white house like you claimed.

I never claimed it was I just said if it was because the person who I was responding to said it wasn’t racist. I seriously was not thinking about whether they made it or found it and posted it. But if it’s not racist who gives a frick if it was made by them or not! The goal post moving is insane.
quote:

Outside of your leftist echo chamber, most people have common sense. Trumo didn’t post it.

So the absolute best defense for this is that a staffer with access to the most powerful man on the planets social media is posting videos without each watching them all the way through
quote:

think the video is fine, yes. You didn't answer the question though. Why is the video racist?

I personally believe that calling or comparing black people to monkeys has racial undertones. You already know that many people feel this way though so I’m not sure what answer you would really accept. If you had a job as a social media manager and you would green light posting a video of black people as monkeys then you sound a bit incompetent and should probably stay far far away from political strategy roles though
