Rittenhouse’s lawyers can refer to the men he shot as "rioters" and "looters," but prosecutors may not call them "victims" at any time during the upcoming trial, the judge ruled.

That's awesome! I started a thread on this yesterday and we were all pretty pessimistic about how this judge would rule on this. Do we know how he ruled on the self defense expert?

He's still in jail right? If he is acquitted, will he have a settlement to claim against the city? If I'm Rittenhouse, I'm going for the jugular on that city for wrongful imprisonment and undue process.
