Know Anyone Who Has Been Engaged Multiple Times But Never Married?

I'll keep it simple for the sake of telling the story, but let's just say she is a friend of a friend. Anyway, this girl is 29 years old. She just got engaged making it her second time being engaged by two different dudes.
She got engaged early in the year (like January). By early summer they broke up. She met someone else by mid summer and now she is engaged to that dude.
If you were the second guy, knowing the two of you started dating soon after her first engagement was canceled due to ending the relationship would that raise a red flag

I mean it's not uncommon but not crazy imo. I'm sure I could marry a lot of different women and be fine as most people around could.

Old friend of mine has been engaged 4 times and has never been married. He left 2 on the day of the wedding and I am not sure what happened with the other 2. He is now in his fifties and still single and dating women, but I have always suspected he was gay.

Not "never" married as she did finally marry her 3rd one. But one of my old HS friends that went to LSU got engaged 3 different times to 3 different guys in her first two years in college. Finally married the 3rd one and dropped out her junior year.
Don't know why some people that age are in such a rush to be married, but she was super religious and didn't believe in pre-marital sex so I'm sure that played a big factor. She was in all honors in HS and was doing pretty well in college, figured she'd want to do something more than just go to college for an MRS degree but hey it's her life.

One of my cousins was engaged to every guy she dated between the ages of 18-25, and I think she got two one year, so that's 8 engagements or so.
