A buddy lives in Harvey. He took roof and siding damage, and water intrusion damage in his ceilings and walls. Power’s out.

Just talked to my brother in Lakeview. His entire fence is gone, tons of roof and siding damage, water is up to his doorstep and is also being blow in through door jams, the small opening in the window being used for generator extension cords, down his chimney, and now from leaks in the roof. His neighbor's chimney fell down and hit his house, but it didn't come through.

Can't get in touch with my sister who lives about 2 miles away. Cell service is totally gone. My brother's wife has a law enforcement phone that gets cell preference, so they were able to call out.

Buddy in Mandeville is MIA. Gone dark for several hours. It was bad was last I heard. Near causeway.
Walker is getting hammered. I’ve got 6-7 big trees down. Chimney stack is hanging by a thread and taking water in attic. Hope it holds or I will be taking all the water in the attic

They have to have all the water in the lake being pushed at them.

I bet boats are hanging from their lines in the south shore marinas.

Somebody was posting from the Sanctuary earlier and was doing ok with typical stuff like pines going down in the area.

I have a lot in the back of the Subdivision and are planning to build in a year. Storm surge is a concern for that location.

Got a feeling it's devastated. No reports even coming out. Won't get info till the morning. I heard they lost contact with the group of essential personnel a few hours ago.

Hoping for the best for Grand Isle but Cant imagine the terror for those that stayed.

Per some sort of assessment by entergy... all transmission lines that supply power to New Orleans including a major tower are damaged or down

A tree has fallen into my trailer. Crushed the roof and the whole back of my trailer is gone.
