WWLTV showing live driving down Airline close to the airport , and it's clear there. Not sure about I-10 or 61 further down. I assume I-10 West is the better bet right now?

Fair warning to all you Houma and Thibodaux folks. Nobody in Louisiana knows how to navigate a 4 way stop without working traffic lights.

We're not seeing the pics of boats piled up in the Fourchon pics like we usually do. Did most people move them prior to the storm, or is that not an area where alot of boats usually are?

Damn it. A downshift news interview from the roof would be OT gold

Between your work here and the Kabul thread you’re one of my top OT posters.

Thanks also to the pros who posted here and kept us updated on the storm and all of the posters who posted helpful info, links and pictures. My prayers go out to everyone affected badly by the storm.

All of this ... and that includes tBoat.

A ton of the rvs and boats were moved ahead of the storm... some of mine got moved to Galiano. Probably not far enough.

And I’ve ran one burner on an electric stove, as long as other stuff doesn’t kick on at the same time.

does FEMA consider no power and no running water “uninhabitable” for reimbursement purposes?

Once the local officials told evacuees to stay away and told others to consider leaving for awhile, that was pretty much the bat signal for FEMA money coming.

Anyone know a reason why I couldn’t drive from Lafayette to Bay St Louis tonight taking 10 to BR snd then 12 back to 10 to Mississippi?

Roads look clear just wanted to see if anyone’s encountered road blocks or anything. Thanks.
