in a tree 200-300 yds off a soybean field.

We only have a 1day jump on the squirrel hunters, so plan accordingly

Waiting on muzzleloader to open up in Arkansas.
With all the cutting they have been doing to our lease, it would be hard to find a spot for bow hunting.

Bringing my buck to the taxidermist, after i arrow one the weekend of the 25th At least thats how i imagine it.

Its not looking good for me to hunt most of bow season, so i need to make the most of that opening weekend.

18ft up a tree between a oak flat and some bedding. Will try to hunt about 5-6 different spots on the lease before the bucks bust up and go underground.

22ft up in a lock on over a thick creek bottom with bedding within 100 yards, 50 lbs of corn and 40 lbs of rice bran under me.

Old bow stand I've hunted for years

Quick hijack - please check all ladders, loc on straps and safety belts prior to that first hunt. Also consider a lifeline if you are not already using one.

To OP’s question, sitting in a tree in West Feliciana looking over an oak flat with intersecting travel paths waiting on a Deer or a hog to meander through. Let’s all pray for cooler weather!!
