She's an adult. She can do what she prefers. Problem solved. End of discussion

F. Tell your coworker to leave his wife at home and come out for a few hours away from her.

Can’t go wrong with B and/or D.

You’re not obligated to please everyone. You invited them. Now it’s up to them

This is why we're still doing bullshite because of folks like them.

This is simply the easiest situation for anyone over eight years old. If she doesn't want to come, she can stay home. It's her husband's choice as to whether he wants to attend, also. If either one gets upset, who cares?
I can't believe any grownup needs to ask anyone what he should do. It's your party. Screw them if they have a problem.

This is a big deal for you?
You sound like a teenage girl crying about their sweet 16 birthday party being ruined.

This is why I don't have liberal friends. They are insufferable people who try to drag everyone down with them

You told them the time. It's up to them if they want to show up or not.

Why is this complicated?
Tell him you aren’t doing it and she’s not invited anymore.

This is probably some pathetic ploy to get someone on tOT to wish you happy birthday

B or C.
I bet deep down coworker doesn’t want her to come because he would have more fun.
I assume she is vaccinated so what’s the issue? She is protected so if someone isn’t vaccinated it won’t affect her

She is probably pregnant and is herself unvaccinated.

Tell them no survey, they can come if they want. No hard feelings

F) Ignore the request
Straight up ignore it, as in act like it never happened. Enjoy your birthday dinner even if she shows up and acts like a bitch. Matter of fact, if she does act like a bitch make sure she can tell that you are having a good time. Not much in life pleases me more than not letting a bitch get pleasure out of being a bitch.

This is simple. B. Everyone is free to make their own choices.

B) tell coworker I'm not going to do that and that she doesn't have to come, and risk pissing him off
B2) Tell him you're not doing that and that you understand if he won't be able to make it given the situation.
Why would you make it any more complicated than it needs to be. Unless you just really want him there because you're hoping he'll get drunk and hook up with you.
