Alabama and Auburn
Ole Miss and Miss State

What's two more in Texas A&M and Texas?

Texas is more trouble than they're worth....let them go to the PAC 12 and become even more irrelevant

Fwiw the LHN $$$ is guaranteed for us. ESPN has the incentive to get rid of it. We wont blink at getting rid of it if the $$$ makes sense which it undoubtedly would. Would be a non factor.

As a sign of good faith, the Sips need to come to Death Valley and play a fricking game.

Then tell them to frick off and take OU and Okie St.

Texas is about Texas, nothing more. A&M has the most to lose if this happens.

I don't see the Texas legislature (filled with T Tech, Houston, Baylor, TCU, etc. grads) allowing UT to jump ship and leave the rest hanging unless there is a plan for them to go to Pac 12. Politics are huge on this issue. I don't know the politics in Oklahoma.

I would prefer the SEC take Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. They are team players.

mean as all-around sports programs go there aren't really 2 more in the south with more to offer a conference.

You could make an argument for FSU or UNC and Louisville on sports programs alone.

Well at this point, Texas is going somewhere. If not the SEC, then PAC12. With NIL teams are going to do what is best for them to increase revenue streams and market value of program.

Texas A&M going to the SEC has already let the Jennie out the bottle.

The NCAA having control over football is done. 16 team super conferences are coming.

Houston is in the American Conference. Tech, Baylor and TCU in the Big 12 would be in trouble finding a P5 league, so they might have to re-align with some of the top American Conference teams, Houston, SMU, Memphis, CINN, etc. and realize they are no longer part of what was the former P5 football leagues.

IF Texas and OU go to the SEC, I am not sure who the PAC12 can go after.

Texas Tech, Baylor, Okie State, TCU, the Kansases would all be options.

Boise State

LOL, that definitely doesn't make their conference stronger. The Big 10 would pilfer what's left of the ACC, and probably make a huge push for ND.

I think SEC should tell them to kick rocks.

But I wouldn’t mind watching the constant TAMU melts

You could do SEC west with

aTm
LSU
Arky
Mizzou

and have Texas and OU in the South.

My guess is they'd try mix them up a bit more.

I can't see Texas and their ego putting up with the favoritism that comes out of the SEC office.
